RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging and components.
For jewellery hygiene and product integrity, returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. Where legally permitted, we may decline a refund or apply a deduction if handling has reduced the item’s value.

Return Shipping & Fee
Return shipping is paid by the customer for all returns, including sale items.
A £9.50 GBP return fee applies to every return and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages / Faults / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include clear photos/video and your order number so we can offer the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The £9.50 GBP return fee will be deducted from the refund total.

To receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is accepted.
