1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products (Handmade & Limited Stock)

Our pieces are handmade and often produced in limited quantities. We describe and photograph products as accurately as possible; however:

  • Colours may vary by screen or device.

  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or small details may occur and are not considered defects.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities per order or customer at our discretion.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.
For orders delivered within the UK and EU, taxes/VAT may apply at checkout. Depending on destination and local rules, additional duties or handling charges may be charged by local authorities or carriers.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders, including where:

  • Stock is unavailable

  • There is an error in pricing, product information, or availability

  • We suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or misuse of policies

If an order is cancelled after payment is taken, we will refund the original payment method.

5. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, peak periods, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, images, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by or licensed to The NÚ Movement LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content (Reviews & Comments)

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share it

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • It does not violate any law or third-party right

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for operational, customer service, and marketing purposes.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights

  • Transmit malware or harmful code

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

  • Engage in fraud, harassment, or disruptive behaviour

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

11. Errors & Corrections

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted. We may cancel orders affected by such errors and issue a refund where applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product(s). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Scotland, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
